MindReset — DaelVista LLC
You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside the MindReset app. This page explains exactly what gets deleted, what is retained, and how long it takes.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Account deletion is available only to users who have signed in with Google. If you have never signed in, your data is stored locally on your device only — simply uninstall the app to remove it.
Open MindReset
Launch the MindReset app on your Android device.
Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down to the ⚠️ Danger Zone section at the bottom of the profile page.
Tap "Delete Account Permanently"
Tap the ☠️ Delete Account Permanently button.

For security, you will be asked to re-verify your identity using your Google account. This is required by Firebase before permanent deletion.
Confirm Deletion
Tap Delete Permanently in the confirmation dialog. Your account and all cloud data will be deleted immediately.
What Gets Deleted vs. Retained

⚠️ This Action Is Irreversible
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All cloud-synced progress, streaks, and check-in history will be lost.
- If you reinstall the app, you will start fresh with no previous data.
- Purchase records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as required by financial regulations. Your purchase history can be used to restore access if you repurchase.
👤 Never Signed In?
If you used MindReset without signing in with Google, your data is stored only on your device (no cloud account exists). To remove all data, simply uninstall the app from your Android device. No further action is needed.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to open the app or access the delete option, email us and we will manually delete your account within 7 business days.
