1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MindReset mobile application (the "App") operated by DaelVista LLC. By downloading, installing, or using MindReset, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use MindReset, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

3. Description of Service

MindReset is a digital wellness app providing a 30-day dopamine detox program, daily lessons and challenges, progress tracking, educational content, and wellness tools.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

• Monthly: $9.99 USD/month
• Annual: $49.99 USD/year ($4.17/month equivalent)
• Free Trial: 7 days for new users

4.2 Billing

• Payments processed through Google Play Billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Charged within 24 hours before renewal

4.3 Cancellation

Cancel anytime via Google Play > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at end of current period. No partial refunds for unused periods.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds handled by Google Play's policy. Contact Google Play support within 48 hours of purchase. Special cases at DaelVista's discretion via support@daelvista.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

1. Reverse engineer or decompile the App
2. Modify or create derivative works
3. Copy, distribute, or resell content
4. Use for illegal purposes
5. Circumvent security features
6. Use automated means (bots)
7. Interfere with or disrupt the App
8. Share subscription with others
9. Submit false information

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MindReset are the exclusive property of DaelVista LLC, protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes only.

7. Disclaimers

MindReset is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We make no guarantees about outcomes, and are not liable for third-party service issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

DaelVista LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the past 12 months or $100 USD.

9. Termination

You may terminate by uninstalling the App and cancelling subscription. We may terminate if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via in-app notification or email.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Legal action must be filed in Wyoming courts. U.S. disputes resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules, except small claims and IP matters.
